In our roles as financial, tax, and legal advisors, we often hear information that clients may not share with anyone else. Firearms is one topic about which some clients are very private. This presentation will review how we, as advisors and counselors, have some of the few opportunities to introduce the topic of appropriate planning of firearms so that in the event of client incapacity or death, these special assets are properly handled and stored.
