About Deborah Mogil:
Deborah Mogil is the Senior Deputy County Counsel for Los Angeles County’s Office of the County Counsel. Ms. Mogil is a graduate of the University of the Pacific and McGeorge School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 1998. Ms. Mogil began practice as a trial attorney in the Dependency division of County Counsel where she represented the Department of Children and Family Services in Dependency cases involving children and social workers in the County’s foster care system. Ms. Mogil transferred to the Probate Division of the County Counsel's office in 2009 where she now appears in both civil and probate matters on behalf of the Office of the Public Guardian.
